She qualified in 2009 and has spent over 15 years advising mid-market and large-cap clients on cross-border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, with a particular focus on the technology and software sectors. Recent highlights include advising a private equity house on its £280m acquisition of a cybersecurity platform, and leading the sell-side team on a carve-out of a logistics software division. Rachel is a regular speaker at fintech investment conferences and writes on deal trends in the SaaS space. Outside work, she is a keen sailor and mentors junior associates through the firm's women-in-law network.
