Daniel Okafor is a Partner in the Corporate M&A group at Rose Walters LLP, based in the Manchester office. Qualifying in 2010, Daniel has built a practice advising founders and growth-stage companies on acquisitions, investment rounds and exits, with particular depth in the technology and software sectors. He recently led on the £160m disposal of a data analytics platform and advised a management team on a buy-in buy-out of an enterprise software business. Daniel contributes regularly to industry panels on tech sector dealmaking and is a trustee of a regional business mentoring charity. He is also an enthusiastic amateur cyclist, having completed several long-distance charity rides.
