Amara Chukwu is a Partner in the Corporate M&A team at Rose Walters LLP, based in the Bristol office. She qualified in 2012 and advises technology and software businesses on acquisitions, disposals and refinancings, often working closely with private equity sponsors on buy-and-build strategies. Recent work includes advising a software group on a bolt-on acquisition of a cybersecurity start-up and leading the disposal of a B2B SaaS platform to a strategic trade buyer. Amara regularly writes on tech sector deal trends and buy-and-build strategy, and speaks at technology industry roundtables. She is a passionate home baker and supports a local food bank charity.
